Emails are the best form of contact for all inquiries. We will respond to all emails within 24hrs of receipt of inquiry. Emails sent after 3PM PST on Friday will be answered the following Monday.
- All purchased items will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date. Processed orders will take 3 -5 days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Orders submitted on weekends will process the following business day. If packages are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Lavender Dream Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect. Any orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order will not receive refunds, replacements or credits.
- The customer is responsible for shipping both ways if the item has to be returned. If your package is returned back as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it is returned back to us. You will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
- Please verify that your address is correctly listed in the order before finalizing. If an error in the address is caught after your order is placed, please contact us within 24hrs at email@example.com with the correct shipping address. Once your order is shipped we will not be responsible for the incorrect address.
- Standard International shipping will take between 10-20 business days. Customs requires international recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering the specified country.
- Lavender Dream Apparel is not responsible for import duty tax imposed by your country.
Return PolicyHow do I return an item?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received the wrong or missing merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise we will not be responsible for the wrong or missing merchandise.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it must be returned with the original tags.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Returning merchandise that has been already exchanged one time is subject to a $6.95 restocking fee the second time it's returned.
- Your order must be returned within 30 days of being received accompanied by the return form.
- Items on "sale" are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs.
- We will gladly accept your returns and exchanges for US and Canada customers for a store credit or exchange within 30 days along with this return form from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Lavender Dream Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your return tracking number when shipping your returns.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
