Return Policy

How do I return an item?

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received the wrong or missing merchandise, you must contact us via email within the next 3 days upon delivery date; otherwise we will not be responsible for the wrong or missing merchandise. 

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card.  Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

For return items, please complete the return slip included in the package and return along with the item(s) to the address below within 15 days of receiving the items.  All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned.  Customers are responsible for shipping fees for items returned back to us.

We will accept exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it must be returned with the original tags. 
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Returning merchandise that has been already exchanged one time is subject to a $7.95 restocking fee the second time it's returned.
  • Your order must be returned within 15 days of being received accompanied by the return form.
  • Items on "sale" are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
  • If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the above return shipping costs.
  • We will gladly accept your returns and exchanges for US and Canada customers for a store credit or exchange within 15 days along with this return form from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Lavender Dream Apparel is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your return tracking number when shipping your returns.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
